摘 要:江都泵站是南水北调东线工程水源泵站的一部分。针对泵站扬程变化的特点,利用水泵调节叶片的功能,建立了泵站优化运行的数学模型,并用遗传算法求解。对于不同的日总泵流量和日总泵水量,为了使泵站运行成本最小,分别确定了一天中不同时段运行的泵组数量和运行负荷。结果表明,在每天抽一定水量时,调整叶片角度和时变电价的方案,与常规运行方案(按一定的抽水流量设计叶片角运行的泵站方案)相比较,电气费用节省4.73%~31.27%;在泵送流量一定的情况下,通过调整叶片角度,节省了2.03%~5.79%的电费。Jiangdu Pumping Station is a part of the water source pumping station in the east route of the South-to-north Water Diversion Project.The mathematical model of optimal operation of the pumping station is established and solved by the genetic algorithm according to the characteristics of pumping station head change and the function of water pump regulating blades.The number of operation pump groups and the operation load for different periods of the day are determined respectively for different daily total pump flow and daily total pump water in order to minimize the operation cost of the pumping station.The results show that the scheme of adjusting the blade angle and time-varying electricity price is compared with the conventional operation scheme when certain amount of water is pumped every day(the pumping station scheme of blade angle operation is designed according to certain pumping flow).The electricity fee can be saved by 4.73%~31.27%.The electricity fee can be saved by 2.03%~5.79%under the condition of constant pumping flow by adjusting the blade angle.
