摘  要:输水工程中大口径管道功能性试验,经常采用单口水压试验的方式进行。根据现行规范,在实际试验操作中,存在进水口设置有缺陷、试验压力及稳压时间不合理、试验压降不符合实际情况等问题。通过对存在问题的成因分析,结合管道功能性试验的基本原则,对大口径管道单口水压试验进行改良优化,针对不同的工程情况,提出单口水压试验的初步改良优化方案和深度改良优化方案,提高了大口径管道单口水压试验的可操作性和试验准确性。本研究可为其他管道工程单口水压试验的改良优化提供经验借鉴。The mode of single port hydraulic tests is often adopted for the functional test of large-diameter pipelines in water conveyance projects.There are some problems according to the current code in the actual test operation,such as defective water inlet setting,unreasonable test pressure and voltage stabilization time,unconformity of test pressure drop to the actual situation,etc.The large diameter pipeline single port hydraulic test is optimized and improved by combining with the basic principles of pipeline functional tests through analyzing the cause of the existing problems.The preliminary improvement optimization scheme and deep modification optimization scheme of the single port hydraulic tests are proposed according to different engineering conditions.The maneuverability and test accuracy of the large diameter pipeline single port hydraulic tests are improved.The paper can provide experience and reference for the improvement and optimization of single port hydraulic tests in other pipeline projects.
