摘  要:普溪河渡槽采用大跨度小截面预应力渡槽造槽机施工新型工法,为渡槽的安全施工和高效应用提供可靠的技术支撑。根据相关规范、标准以及普溪河渡槽设计、施工等特点,对造槽机的拼装工艺和预压试验等控制方法进行了研究,总结提出了DZS40/500造槽机拼装工艺和预压试验的质量控制成果。实践证明,研究成果适合普溪河渡槽的施工特点,并可在类似工程中推广应用。The prestressed aqueduct trough-making machine construction novel construction method with large span and small section is adopted in Puxi River aqueducts.The paper provides reliable technical support for the safe construction and efficient application of the aqueduct.The assembly process,preloading test and other control methods of the trough-making machines are studied in accordance with the relevant specification,standard,design and construction of Puxi River aqueducts,and other characteristics.The quality control results of assembly process and preloading test of DZS40/500 trough-making machines are proposed and summerized.The practice shows that the research results are suitable for the construction characteristics of Puxi River aqueducts,which can be promoted and applied in similar projects.
