摘  要:针对泵站异形结构的施工特点,利用BIM技术构建泵站进出水流道异形结构及其钢模板总体模型,并进行该结构的拆分及拼装模拟、组合模块编号及详细参数精确控制等,之后利用3D打印技术打印出该模型,指导钢模板精细加工及现场拼装,完成泵站进出水流道异形结构的建造。该方法具有降低工程造价、缩短施工工期、提高质量与安全保障等特点,能较为精准地构建泵站异形结构模型。该方法的应用可为现代化水利施工和智慧水利建设提供重要经验。BIM technology is utilized for the construction of pumping station inlet and outlet water channel special-shaped structure and its overall model steel template according to the construction characteristics of the pumping station special-shaped structure.It is also used for structure split and assembly simulation,combination module numbering,accurate control of detailed parameters,etc.3D printing technology is utilized to print out the model to guide the fine machining and site assembly of steel templates.The construction of the irregular structure of the pumping station inlet and outlet water channels is completed.The method has the characteristics of reducing the project cost,shortening the construction period,improving the quality and safety guarantee,etc.,which can be used for accurately constructing the special-shaped structure model of the pumping station.The application of the method can provide important experience for modern water conservancy construction and intelligent water conservancy construction.
