摘 要:本文对水文站网规划方案优选方法进行探讨,并以万加特纳模型为基础,结合水文站网的要求和特点,以站网覆盖范围(站网数量)为目标函数,以投资、运行费、各类站网的最低建设数量、站点的不可分性为约束,对模型进行修改调整用于规划站点的优选。结果表明,所构建的规划模型具有定量、方便、快捷的特点,为水文站网规划提供了有效的工具。In this paper,the optimization method of hydrological station network planning scheme is discussed.Based on the Wangartner model,combined with the requirements and characteristics of hydrological station network,the coverage of station network(number of stations)is taken as the objective function,and the investment,operation cost,the minimum number of stations and the indivisibility of stations are taken as constraints,and the model is modified and adjusted for the optimization of planning stations.The results show that the planning model is quantitative,convenient and fast,which provides an effective tool for hydrological station network planning.
