摘 要:基于频率源信号时域稳定度的定义,建立了高稳晶振短期频率稳定度的仿真分析模型,能够对频率源输出频率做前处理、不同方差分析、识别噪声类型、并给出置信区间。在此基础上,引入了晶体振荡器老化特性与温度特性的数学模型。通过构建不同老化特性与温度特性下晶体振荡器输出频率,在仿真分析模型中定量分析老化特性与温度特性对短期频率稳定度的影响。实际制作并测试了高稳晶振的稳定度,与仿真结果较为一致,验证了这种仿真分析方法的有效性。Based on the definition of the time-domain stability of the frequency source signal,this paper establishes a simulation analysis model for the short-term frequency stability of a high-stability crystal oscillator. This model can preprocess the frequency data,and do different variances analysis,identify the type of noise,calculate confidence interval. Based on the above,the mathematical model of the aging characteristics and temperature characteristics of the crystal oscillator is introduces. By constructing the output frequency of the crystal oscillator under different aging characteristics and temperature characteristics,the analysis model quantitatively analyzes the effect of the aging characteristics and temperature characteristics on the short-term frequency stability. After designed and produced a few high-stability crystal oscillators,we tested these oscillators and got results that are more consistent with the simulation results,which shows that the analysis model proposed here is effective.
