摘 要:塔河油田的重质原油开采已进入到中高含水阶段,提高采收率的三次采油技术应用、掺稀油组分显著变化、多变的油水比关系以及油田中复杂的化学物理环境等综合因素给重质原油破乳带来巨大的困难。本文系统评价了三大类破乳剂对塔河重质原油乳状液的脱水性能,并优选出2个具有较高破乳性能的SLD01和DYA01破乳剂,对其组成和结构进行优化。通过交联复配和阳离子化改性,所获得的S-D破乳剂在脱水速度和脱水率上有较大提升,且脱出污水较清,无乳化层出现,适合进一步工业应用。将工业化的S-D破乳剂与原油高速离心处理设备进行联合应用,有效的解决了重质原油老化油脱水的问题,为超稠油破乳创造了经济高效的方法。The exploitation of heavy crude oil in Tahe oilfield has entered the stage of medium and high water cut.The application of tertiary oil recovery technology to improve oil recovery,the significant changes in the composition of thin oil,the variable oil-water ratio,and the complex chemical and physical environment in the oilfield.Factors have brought huge difficulties to heavy crude oil demulsification.This paper systematically evaluated the dehydration performance of three types of demulsifiers on Tahe heavy crude oil emulsion,and selected two demulsifiers SLD01 and DYA01 with higher demulsification performance,and optimized their composition and structure.Through cross-linking compounding and cationic modification,the obtained S-D demulsifier has a greater increase in dehydration speed and dehydration rate,and the discharged sewage is clearer,and no emulsified layer appears,which is suitable for further industrial applications.The combined application of industrialized S-D demulsifier and crude oil high-speed centrifugal treatment equipment effectively solves the problem of dehydration of heavy crude oil aging oil and creates an economical and efficient method for demulsification of ultra-heavy oil.
