摘　　要：为研究不同结球生菜品种的产量及品质差异,对12个结球生菜品种从植株形态、叶球形态、产量、口感品质、营养品质和硝酸盐含量等6个方面进行测定,并通过隶属函数综合分析。结果表明,不同结球生菜品种产量和品质等方面存在显著差异。其中‘拳王201’、‘KEX-1210’、‘射手10’和‘北生2号’等4个品种的产量高,品质佳,且叶球形态、营养品质、植株形态等方面相对优于其他品种,综合表现佳,为北京地区及周边地区春茬大棚栽培品种选择提供参考依据。In order to study differences of head lettuce varietiesin their yield and quality,this paper measured 6 indexes of 12 head lettuce varieties,including the plant morphology,yield,texture and flavor,nutrient qualityand nitrate content,and they ware comprehensively confirmed via membership function evaluation method.The results indicated that there were significant differences in yield and quality among different head lettuce varieties.Among these 12 varieties,'QuanWang 201','KEX-1210','Striker 101'and'Beisheng No.2'had high yieldandgood quality,and they were relatively superior than that of the other varieties in leaf megastrobili shape,nutritional quality,plant morphology and so on.Their comprehensive performance were also pretty good.It would provide reference basis for selection of spring stubble greenhouse cultivars in Beijing and its surrounding areas.
