摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为疗法对胃癌、结直肠癌病人不良情绪的影响。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库(WanFang database)、维普数据库(VIP)、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Science Direct、读秀、Google Scholar中有关认知行为疗法对胃癌和结直肠癌病人心理情绪影响的随机对照试验,检索时间为各数据库建库至2020年3月,经过筛选、质量评价和资料提取后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇随机对照研究,涉及971例病人。Meta分析结果显示,认知行为疗法可改善胃肠肿瘤病人焦虑[SMD=-1.59,95%CI(-2.59,-0.59),P=0.002]、抑郁[SMD=-0.88,95%CI(-1.11,-0.65),P<0.00001],但在悲痛、情绪化管理上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:现有证据表明,认知行为疗法有助于改善胃肠道肿瘤病人焦虑、抑郁的情绪状态。Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on the negative emotions of patients with gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy on the psychological mood of patients with gastric cancer and colorectal cancer,were searched from CNKI,CBM,WanFang database,VIP,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Science Direct,Du Xiu and Google Scholar.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to March 2020,After screening,quality evaluation and data extraction,RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 9 randomized controlled trials were included,involving 971 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that CBT could relieve anxiety[SMD=-1.59,95%CI(-2.59,-0.59),P=0.002],and reduce depression[SMD=-0.88,95%CI(-1.11,-0.65),P<0.00001].However there was no significant advantage in distress and emotional management(P>0.05).Conclusion:Current evidences shows that cognitive behavioral therapy can alleviate the anxiety and depression of gastrointestinal cancer patients.
