大学生创新创业训练计划项目质量调查与分析——以合肥工业大学为例

摘　　要：大学生创新创业训练计划项目(简称"大创项目")是高校深化创新创业教育改革,健全创新创业教育体系,培养创新创业人才的重要举措。以合肥工业大学812名大学生的有效问卷调查数据为样本,对高校"大创项目"质量进行评判与分析。结果表明:大学生对"大创项目"结果质量和过程质量评价较高,两者均值分别为4.01和4.27,但也存在差异性。通过对调查数据的综合分析和不同特征变量的对比分析,找出"大创项目"质量存在的问题及原因,从完善质量评价与激励机制、强化二级学院质量主体意识、加强专创教育融合、推进校企协同育人4个方面提出对策,实现"大创项目"质量的持续改进。Implementing the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students(hereinafter referred to as"Da Chuang project")is an important measure to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve the education system and cultivate talents for innovation and entrepreneurship.Valid survey data from 812 undergraduates in Hefei University of Technology were taken as the example to measure and analyze the quality of the"Da Chuang project".The results showed that undergraduates’evaluation on the result quality and process quality of"Da Chuang project"was relatively high,with the mean values of 4.01 and 4.27,respectively,but there were also differences among the quality indicators.Combining with the comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire overall situation and the contrastive analysis of the characteristics of different variables,the problems and reasons affecting the differentiation of the"Da Chuang project"quality were deeply analyzed,and the strategies from four aspects were put forward,i.e.,improving the quality evaluation and incentive mechanism,implementing the responsibility of second-level colleges,strengthening the integration of specialist and creative education,and improving school-enterprise cooperation,so as to realize the continuous improvement of the"Da Chuang project"quality.
