摘 要:整合校内外资源,依托国家、省、校三级大学生创新创业实践教育基地,构建了跨专业大学生创新实践型人才培养平台,有效破解地方高校人才培养目标定位与社会对应用型人才需求的匹配度问题,适应学生学业能力差异性,体现了综合性大学多学科优势在人才培养过程中的办学特点。通过创新实践型人才培养平台、多样化的载体和团队支撑体系建设,形成了以"学生中心"的跨门类、跨专业、跨年级多学科交叉融合的师生互教、生生互学、教学相长的具有综合性大学特色的学习共同体,经过几年来的实际运行,效果显著,可以为地方高校创新人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。Integrating inside resources,relying on the national,provincial and school level 3 college students’innovative undertaking education practice base,we build a cross major college students’innovative practice training platform,it effectively cracks local university talents training target and the social demand for applied talents of compatibility problems.It also adapts to the differences among students’professional qualification,embodies the comprehensive university multidisciplinary advantage in the school-running characteristics.Through the innovation practice training platform,the diversity of carrier and team supporting system construction,we formed a"student center"across categories,cross major and grade.It realizes a fusion of mutual teaching and learning between teachers and students,and so has the characteristics of comprehensive university learning community.After years of actual operation,the effect is remarkable.Hence it can provide reference for the reform of local university innovation personnel training mode.
