某院2014年至2019年住院药房管理持续改进效果分析

摘　　要：目的提高医院住院药房的科学化管理水平。方法采用鱼骨图法分析北京医院住院药房2014年1月至2019年12月存在的问题及其产生原因,采用PDCA循环法持续改进管理方案,并制订持续改进措施。结果共收集存在的问题及持续改进措施219项,包括医院信息系统71项(32.42%)、药品管理66项(30.14%)、制度流程56项(25.57%)、人员因素15项(6.85%)、其他11项(5.02%);医院信息系统改进措施中,药品管理信息化40项(56.34%)、增加智能药柜信息系统21项(29.58%);药品管理改进措施中,普通药品16项(24.24%)、麻醉药品和精神药品12项(18.18%)、易混淆药品8项(12.12%);制度流程中,工作流程19项(33.93%)、岗位职责17项(30.36%)。结论持续改进住院药房的管理模式,可提高住院药房的管理水平与临床满意度,促进日常工作管理科学化、规范化。Objective To improve the scientific management level of inpatient pharmacy in a hospital.Methods The fishbone diagram method was used to analyze the existing problems and their causes in the inpatient pharmacy of the Beijing Hospital from January 2014 to December 2019.The PDCA cycle method was used to continuously improve the management scheme,and continuous improvement measures were formulated.Results A total of 219 items of problems and continuous improvement measures were collected,among them,t he improvement of the hospital information system was the most(71 items,32.42%),followed by drug management(66 items,30.14%),system process(56 items,25.57%),personnel factor(15 items,6.85%)and others(11 items,5.02%).Among the improvement measures of the hospital information system,the drug management information was the most(40 items,56.34%),followed by the increase of intelligent drug cabinet information system(21 items,29.58%).Among the improvement measures of drug management,the common drugs was the most(16 items,24.24%),followed by the narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances(12 items,18.18%)and the easily confused drugs(8 items,12.12%).Among the improvement measures of system process,the work processes was the most(19 items,33.93%),followed by the post responsibilities(17 items,30.36%).Conclusion Continuous improvement of the management mode of inpatient pharmacy can improve the management level and clinical satisfaction of inpatient pharmacy,and promote the daily work more scientific and standardized.
