淫羊藿饮片标准汤剂制备及质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的制备淫羊藿饮片标准汤剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法采集15批不同产地的淫羊藿饮片,按标准化工艺制备15批标准汤剂,采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿苷含量,计算转移率与出膏率,并建立标准汤剂的指纹图谱。结果 15批淫羊藿饮片标准汤剂中,淫羊藿苷平均转移率为55.30%,平均出膏率为17.14%;15批淫羊藿标准汤剂的指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度为0.95,指纹图谱标定共有峰7个,指认出其中5个共有峰,分别为朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、宝藿苷Ⅰ、淫羊藿苷。结论该方法结果准确,重复性好,可用于淫羊藿标准汤剂的质量控制。Objective To prepare the standard decotion of Epimedium brevicornum,and to establish its quality control method.Methods A total of 15 batches of Epimedium brevicornum decoction pieces from different origins were collected,and 15 batches of standard decoction were prepared according to the standardized process.The content of icariin was determined by the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method,the transfer rate and extraction rate were calculated,and the fingerprint of standard decoction was established.Results Among the 15 batches of standard decoction of Epimedium brevicornum,the average transfer rate and extraction rate of icariin were 55.30%and 17.14%,respectively.The similarity between the fingerprint of 15 batches of standard decoction of Epimedium brevicornum and the reference fingerprint was 0.95,and seven common peaks were in the fingerprint,among which five common peaks were identified,which were epinedin A,epinedin B,epinedin C,pogosideⅠand icariin.Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of the standard decoction of Epimedium brevicornum.
