摘 要:以二辊?160 mm×150 mm铸轧机为研究对象,以1060纯铝为材料,利用ProCAST的CA-FE模块,建立了铸轧过程的热-流-组织间接耦合模型,研究了铸轧工艺参数对凝固组织与热变形的影响。基于微小变形率下凝固组织形貌未发生变化的假设,建立了铸轧区凝固组织精细化标准。通过铸轧实验验证了仿真模型的准确性,确定了Kiss点以下高度为1 mm区域作为精细化分析参数统计区的合理性。依据该精细分析标准,给出了铸轧速度、浇铸温度、熔池高度、带坯厚度及液态金属凝固形核率等参数对凝固组织和热变形量的影响规律。发现柱状晶尺寸变化与热变形量的变化具有一致性,仅提升液态金属的形核率,可以有效改变凝固组织尺寸和类型。因此,在铸轧设备能力允许的范围内,同时增大热变形量和凝固形核率是一种提升铸轧铝带质量和性能的方法。Taking a twin-roll experimental caster with dimension of ?160 mm×150 mm as the research object and 1060 pure aluminum as the material, the thermal-flow-solidification structure indirect coupling model of casting process was established using the CA-FE module of ProCAST to research the influence of casting-rolling process parameters on the solidification structure and thermal deformation. Based on the assumption that the morphology of solidification structure will not change under small deformation rate, an elaborate analysis standard for the solidification structure in cast-rolling area was established. Through twin-roll casting experiments, the accuracy of the simulation model was verified, and the rationality of the area below the Kiss point with a height of 1 mm as the statistical area of elaborate analysis parameters was determined. Based on the elaborate analysis standard, the influence of casting-rolling speed, casting temperature, molten pool height, strip thickness, liquid metal solidification nucleation rate on the solidification structure and thermal deformation were presented. It is found that the change of columnar crystal size is consistent with the change of thermal deformation. Only increasing the nucleation rate of liquid metal can effectively change the size and type of solidification structure. Therefore, it is a method to improve the quality and properties of cast rolling aluminum strip by increasing the thermal deformation and solidification nucleation rate at the same time within the allowable range of twin-roll casting rolling equipment.
