认知-动停-模拟训练模式对早泄患者的治疗效果观察及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨认知-动停-模拟训练模式治疗早泄(PE)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月至2020年7月广州市番禺区中心医院就诊的160例PE患者作为研究对象。随机分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)。对照组予常规性行为训练,观察组予认知-动停-模拟训练,比较两组患者治疗前后阴道射精潜伏期(IELT)、患者及其性伴侣的性满意度。结果治疗前,两组IELT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IELT显著长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者及其性伴侣满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者及其性伴侣满意度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知-动停-模拟训练模式对PE的治疗效果良好,患者及性伴侣满意度高,对不愿接受药物治疗的患者提供了治疗选择。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cognitive-motion-stay-simulation-training mode in the treatment of premature ejaculation(PE).Methods 160 PE patients admitted to Central Hospital of Panyu District from October 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).The control group received routine sexual behavior training,while the observation group received cognitive-motion-stay-simulation-training.The intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT),sexual satisfaction of patients and their sexual partners before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IELT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IELT in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in satisfaction scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction scores of observation group and its sexual partners were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The cognitive-motion-stay-simulation-training mode has a good therapeutic effect on PE,high satisfaction of patients and partners,and provides treatment options for patients who do not want drug therapy.
