摘　　要：通信任务量较大时,电力调度易出现阻塞。因此,提出将VoIP技术应用到电力自动化指挥调度系统,确立系统配置原则,优化电力自动化指挥调度系统。设计对比实验,结果表明研究方法调度网络阻塞均衡调度的效果更好,对提高调度电话指挥通信的效率具有重要意义。When the amount of communication task is large, power dispatching is prone to congestion. Therefore, Vo IP technology is applied to power automation command and dispatch system. Establish the system configuration principle and optimize the power automation command and dispatch system. Comparative experiments are designed. The results show that the research method has better effect on network congestion balancing scheduling, and it is of great significance to improve the efficiency of dispatching telephone command communication.
