摘  要:电镀金刚线质量品控难度大、成本高,金刚线线体表面颗粒的数量是衡量金刚线质量的重要指标。文中针对金刚线线体表面颗粒大小不一,形状各异的特点,提出基于高斯差分滤波的金刚线颗粒边缘增强及提取方法。实验结果表明,文中所述方法对金刚线线体表面颗粒的复杂状态以及粘连状态都具有很好的处理结果。最后给出了金刚线颗粒参数统计结果。It is difficult and costly that the quality control of electroplated diamond wire.The quantity of particles on diamond wire is an important index to measure the quality of diamond wire.According to the different sizes and shapes of particles on the diamond wire,it is proposed that a method of edge enhancement and particle extraction based on DoG filter.The experimental results show that the proposed method can deal with the complex state and adhesion state of the particles on diamond wire.Finally,the statistical results of parameters of the particles on diamond wire are given.
