摘　　要：为了实现大中型沼气工程的高效管理和安全运行,本文设计了基于PLC为控制核心的智能化统一在线监控预警系统,构建了运行状态及关键参数分级预警、信息数据的实时监测、分析与预警,有线与无线融合的数据传输网络等,可服务于沼气工程日常运行管理与维护。又细化了沼气工程安全模式,促进了沼气工程的高效、安全、稳定的运行。In order to realize the efficient management and safe operation of large and medium-sized biogas projects,this paper designs an intelligent unified online monitoring and early warning system based on PLC as the control core.It constructs a hierarchical early warning of operation status and key parameters,the real-time monitoring,analysis and early warning of information data,a data transmission network integrating wired and wireless,etc.,to serve the daily operation,management and maintenance of biogas projects.It refines the safety mode of biogas projects,and promotes the efficient,safe and stable operation of biogas projects.
