摘  要:以地面监测排查为主的高速铁路(简称:高铁)周边安全保障工作存在效率低、人力消耗大等问题,空天光学遥感技术探测范围广、不受地理限制、多信息综合的优势为高铁周边环境监测工作提供了新思路。文章对基于空天光学遥感的高铁周边环境监测技术进行了分析,概述了空天光学遥感技术的概念与特点,重点介绍了无人机、浮空器、光学成像卫星3类遥感系统的技术特点与安全监测应用现状,并结合高铁周边环境治理需求,展望了空天光学遥感技术在高铁安全保障方面的应用前景。The security work around high-speed railway based on ground monitoring and investigation has the problems of low efficiency and large labor consumption.The advantages of aerospace optical remote sensing technology,such as wide detection range,no geographical restrictions and multi information integration,provide a new idea for the high-speed railway surrounding environment monitoring work.This paper analyzed the high-speed railway surrounding environment monitoring technology based on aerospace optical remote sensing,summarized the concept and characteristics of aerospace optical remote sensing technology,focused on the technical characteristics and safety monitoring application status of the three types of remote sensing systems of UAV,aerostat and optical imaging satellite.And combined with the high-speed railway surrounding environmental governance needs,the paper prospected the application prospect of space optical remote sensing technology in high-speed railway security.
