摘 要:多相电机具有相冗余特性,发生故障后仍可缺相运行。为准确模拟电机缺相运行工况,提出一种多相电机缺相故障仿真模型,采用不降阶方式建立电机缺相模型,并重构故障后相绕组电压以满足故障相电流为零的条件,从而模拟电机缺相情况。基于MATLAB/Simulink对缺相模型进行仿真,研究了多相电机在不同缺相故障情况下的电流特性,并利用有限元分析软件Ansoft进行了验证。结果表明:有限元仿真与所建模型仿真结果一致,验证了所提出电机缺相仿真模型的有效性。Multi-phase motor has the feature of phase redundancy,and it can still operate under the condition of phase failure.In order to accurately simulate the operating condition of the motor under the condition of phase failure,a simulation model was presented for phase failure of the multi-phase induction motor.The phase failure model was established without reducing the order,and phase winding voltage was reconstructed after failure so as to satisfy the condition that the faulty phase current should be zero,thus simulating motor phase failure.The phase failure model was simulated through MATLAB/Simulink,current characteristics of the multi-phase motor under different phase failures were studied,and finite element analysis software Ansoft was used for verification.The result of finite element simulation was consistent to the simulation result of the constructed model,thus verifying the effectiveness of the proposed simulation model for motor phase failure.
