摘  要:为了解决由于DICOM数据量大且数据结构复杂,导致图像目标几何尺寸测量错误的问题,设计开发了一种基于三维数据重建与目标定位的DICOM图像分析测量系统。首先,采集原始图像和分析原始数据结构,基于开源图像库ITK解析DICOM图像,读取到系统软件内存中,显示在自主开发软件界面上;然后,对DICOM图像进行三维化处理,分解为一系列图像,检测目标所在帧;随后,结合拉普拉斯增强算法与伽马变换函数,设计定位模型,完成目标定位与测量,输出定位图像与测量计算结果;最后,在QT开发平台上利用C++语言调用ITK开源库函数编程实现算法。结果表明:与当前DICOM图像分析系统相比,所提方案具有更高的测量精度与稳定性。In order to solve the problem of image target geometry measurement error due to large amount of DICOM data and complex data structure,a DICOM image analysis and measurement system based on 3D data reconstruction and target positioning was designed and developed.Firstly,the original image was collected and the original data structure was analyzed.Based on the open source image library ITK,DICOM image is analyzed and read into the system software memory and displayed on the self-developed software interface.Then,the DICOM image was processed in three dimensions,and decomposed into a series of images to detect the target frame.Combining Laplace enhancement algorithm and gamma transform function,the positioning model was designed to complete the target positioning and measurement,and the positioning image and measurement results were output.Finally,on the QT development platform,C++language was used to call ITK open source library function programming to realize the algorithm.The results show that compared with the current DICOM image analysis system,the proposed scheme has higher measurement accuracy and stability.
