摘　　要：锅炉引风机是一种依靠电动机输入的机械能,增加气体压力并且排送气体的流动机械,广泛应用在多个领域,在锅炉与工业炉窑中起通风和引风作用。在锅炉引风机工作过程中,引风机前后的轴承振动值异常波动会产生严重后果,导致引风机无法正常工作,严重情况下会导致全厂工作中断,影响生产效率。所以,必须找到锅炉引风机轴承振动值波动异常的原因和解决方法,本文主要对锅炉引风机轴承振动值波动异常原因的诊断和处理进行讨论。Boiler induced draft fan is a kind of flowing machine which relies on motor to input mechanical energy,increase gas pressure and discharge gas.It is widely used in many fields,and plays the role of ventilation and induced wind in boilers and industrial furnaces.In the process of boiler induced draft fan working,the abnormal fluctuation of bearing vibration value before and after induced draft fan will have serious consequences,which will lead to the induced draft fan not working normally,and in severe cases,the whole plant will be interrupted and the production efficiency will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the causes and solutions of abnormal vibration value fluctuation of boiler induced draft fan bearings.This paper mainly discusses the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal vibration value fluctuation of boiler induced draft fan bearings.
