摘　　要：为了提升GE水煤浆气化炉应用水平,要积极落实实时性管控思路,全面落实优化改造方案,减少烧嘴问题造成的不良影响,实现安全、稳定、长效性运行目标。本文分析了GE水煤浆加压气化炉工艺结构,并对工艺烧嘴问题进行了集中讨论,最后针对相应问题提出了几点优化处置建议。In order to improve the application level of GE coal-water slurry gasifier,it is necessary to actively implement the real-time management and control ideas,comprehensively implement the optimized transformation scheme,reduce the adverse effects caused by burner problems,and achieve safe,stable and long-term operation goals.In this paper,the process structure of GE coal-water slurry pressurized gasifier is analyzed,and the problems of process burners are discussed intensively.Finally,some suggestions for optimal disposal are put forward.
