摘  要:本文以朝阳某钒钛磁铁矿为研究对象,分析了矿石的化学性质、物相组成等,原矿物中具备回收价值的TFe、V_(2)O_(5)、TiO_(2)品位分别为11.29%、0.06%和2.93%,是典型的低品位钒钛磁铁矿石。根据样品性质制定预先抛尾-磨矿-磁选的分选工艺,并试验验证了该工艺的可行性。探索了磨矿条件和磁选参数对矿石中铁回收效果的影响,最优条件下铁、钛、钒品位分别达49.49%、19.75%、0.92%,铁的精选回收率为80.31%、钛回收率87.88%。该工艺简单易行,选矿成本降低,钒钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿回收率较高,为下一步铁、钛、钒的分离和综合利用奠定基础。Taking a vanadium titanomagnetite in Chaoyang as the research object,this paper analyzes the chemical properties and phase composition of the ore.The grade of TFE,V_(2)O_(5) and TiO_(2) with recovery value in the original mineral is 11.29%,0.06%and 2.93%respectively,which is a typical low-grade vanadium titanomagnetite.According to the properties of samples,the separation process of pre discarding tailings,grinding and magnetic separation was established,and the feasibility of the process was verified by experiments.The effects of grinding conditions and magnetic separation parameters on iron recovery were explored.Under the most favorable conditions,the grade of iron,titanium and vanadium reached 49.49%,19.75%and 0.92%respectively.The optimal of iron and titanium was 80.31%and 87.88%respectively.The process is simple and easy to operate,the cost of beneficiation is reduced,and the recovery rate of vanadium titanomagnetite and ilmenite is high,which lays a foundation for the separation and comprehensive utilization of iron,titanium and vanadium in the next step.
