摘　　要：文章内容简单介绍了煤矿建设项目的特点,对施工监理工作内容等也进行了概述,探讨了煤矿建设项目中存在的问题,并针对煤矿建设项目的实际情况以及具体问题,制定出了科学合理的施工监理方案,借此提高煤矿建设项目的施工质量。This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of coal mine construction projects,summarizes the contents of construction supervision,discusses the problems existing in coal mine construction projects,and works out a scientific and reasonable construction supervision scheme according to the actual situation and specific problems of coal mine construction projects,so as to improve the construction quality of coal mine construction projects.
