摘 要:以圆形截面曲轴为例,分析了曲轴类工件的加工特点和加工|方法。基于Cs轮廓控制功能,对曲轴类工件的数控车削加工进行了介绍。粗加工采用多轴铣削加工,精加工采用具有Cs轮廓控制功能的数控车削加工,可以显著提高曲轴类工件的加工效率和加工精度。分析了曲轴偏心比和加工过程中刀具工作参数的变化规律,确认Cs轮廓控制功能适用于小偏心比曲轴类工件的数控车削加工。同时给出了Unigraphics软件的后处理方法和圆形截面曲轴的加工编程实例。Taking a circular cross-section crankshaft as an example,the machining characteristics andmachining method of the crankshaft workpiece ware analyzed.Based on the Cs contour control function,theCNC turning of the crankshaft workpiece was introduced.Rough machining adopts multi-axis millingprocessing,and finishing adopts CNC turning processing with Cs contour control function,which cansignificantly improve the machining efficiency and machining accuracy of the crankshaft workpiece.Theeccentricity ratio of the crankshaft and the changing law of the working parameters of the tool during themachining process were analyzed.And it is confirmed that the Cs contour control function is suitable for theCNC turning of the crankshaft workpiece with small eccentricity ratio.At the same time,the post-processingmethod of Unigraphics software and the programming sample for machining of circular cross-section crankshaftwere given.
