摘　　要：对13°梯形缝筛管的加工技术进行了介绍,给出了加工方法和加工装置,进行了运动学分析,并从激光输出功率、引弧孔、切割速度、辅助气体压力、焦点位置等方面实现了质量控制。采用所介绍的加工技术,可以满足油气田对大锥角梯形缝筛管的加工需求,批量加工的13°梯形缝筛管产品已在油田生产中得到应用。The processing technology of the 13°trapezoidal slot screen pipe was introduced,the processing method and processing device were given,the kinematics analysis was carried out,and the quality control was achieved from the aspects of laser output power,arc pilot hole,cutting speed,auxiliary gas pressure and focal position,etc.The introduced processing technology can meet the processing needs of large cone angle trapezoidal slot screen pipe in oil and gas fields,and the mass-processed 13°trapezoidal slot screen pipe products have been applied in oil field production.
