汽车发动机张紧器带轮熔化故障分析

摘  要:某三缸汽车发动机在动力总成耐久试验进行至2.5万km时,张紧器带轮熔化,导致空调不制冷。针对这一故障,进行了原因分析,确认张紧器带轮的轴承抱紧力不足,使带轮轴向滑动,与张紧器本体产生干涉。在运转时,带轮与张紧器摆臂摩擦产生高温,使带轮熔化,进而导致张紧器功能失效,皮带松脱。针对故障原因,提出了整改方案,并进行了整改效果验证。When the powertrain endurance test of a three~cylinder automobile engine reached 25000 km,the tensioner pulley melted,causing cooling failure of the air conditioner.In response to this failure,the cause analysis was carried out,and it was confirmed that the bearing holding force of the tensioner pulley was insufficient,which caused the pulley to slide axially and interfere with the tensioner body.During operation,the friction between the pulley and the tensioner’s swing arm generates high temperature,which melts the pulley,in turn causes the tensioner to fail and the belt to get loose.In response to the cause of the failure,a rectification plan was proposed,and the rectification effect was verified.
