恒古骨伤愈合剂促进胫骨下段骨折术后愈合的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察恒古骨伤愈合剂促进胫骨下段骨折术后愈合的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月-2020年5月冀中能源峰峰集团有限公司总医院邯郸院区收治的胫骨下段骨折患者72例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组36例。手术治疗后,对照组采用加味八珍汤治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予恒古骨伤愈合剂治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效,治疗后肢体肿胀评分,治疗前后疼痛评分及临床症状消退时间。结果治疗2个疗程,试验组总有效率为94.4%,高于对照组的77.8%(x^(2)=4.181,P=0.041);治疗2个疗程后,试验组肢体肿胀评分为(1.3±0.1)分,低于对照组的(2.4±0.6)分(t=10.850,P=0.000);治疗2个疗程后,2组疼痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且试验组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.01);试验组肢体肿胀消退、瘀斑消退及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论恒古骨伤愈合剂用于胫骨下段骨折术后的应用效果显著,能够减轻肢体疼痛、肿胀,促进骨折术后愈合,推荐在临床治疗中使用该方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Henggu bone wound healing agent in promoting postoperative healing of lower tibial fractures.Methods 72 patients with lower tibial fractures admitted to Handan District,General Hospital of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group Co.,Ltd.from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group 36 cases.After surgical treatment,the control group was treated with modified Bazhen decoction,and the experimental group was treated with Henggu bone wound healing agent on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,limb swelling scores after treatment,pain scores before and after treatment,and the time for clinical symptoms to subside were compared between the two groups.Results After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.4%,which was higher than 77.8%of the control group(x^(2)=4.181,P=0.041).After treatment,the limb swelling score of the experimental group was(1.3±0.1)points,which was lower than the(2.4±0.6)points of the control group(t=10.850,P=0.000).After 2 courses of treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the pain scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The limb swelling,ecchymosis and fracture healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Henggu bone wound healing agent is feasible in the treatment of lower tibial fracture joint function,which can reduce limb pain and swelling,and promote fracture healing after operation.It is recommended to use this method in clinical practice.
