造口皮肤保护喷剂联合造口护肤粉治疗ICU失禁性皮炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察造口皮肤保护喷剂联合造口护肤粉治疗ICU失禁性皮炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月-2020年4月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院ICU病房收治的失禁性皮炎患者86例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。2组患者均予常规护理与对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组予氧化锌软膏治疗,观察组则采用造口皮肤保护喷剂联合造口护肤粉治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果,治疗前后会阴皮肤状况,疼痛缓解时间及皮损愈合时间。结果治疗4周,观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%(χ2=5.108,P=0.024);治疗4周后,2组患者的PAT评分均较治疗前显著减少,且观察组分数减少较对照组更多(P <0.01);观察组患者疼痛缓解时间及皮损愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.01)。结论造口皮肤保护喷剂联合造口护肤粉治疗ICU失禁性皮炎可有效改善患者皮肤状况,减轻局部疼痛症状,缩短皮损愈合时间,提高治疗效果,且此种方法具有成本低等优势,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of skin barrier spray combined with stoma skin care powder in the treatment of incontinence dermatitis in ICU. Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,86 patients with incontinence dermatitis in ICU ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine nursing and symptomatic treatment. On this basis,the control group was treated with zinc oxide ointment,while the observation group was treated with skin barrier spray combined with stoma skin care powder. The treatment effect,perineal skin condition,pain relief time and skin lesion healing time were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 35%,which was higher than 79. 07% of the control group( χ2= 5. 108,P = 0. 024);After4 weeks of treatment,the pat scores of the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group decreased more than those of the control group( P < 0. 01);The pain relief time and skin lesion healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Skin barrier spray combined with stoma skin care powder in the treatment of ICU incontinence dermatitis can effectively improve the skin condition,relieve local pain symptoms,shorten the healing time of skin lesions,and improve the treatment effect. And this method has the advantage of low cost,which is worthy of popularization and application.
