摘　　要：目的成立课题组,探讨基于结构-过程-结果的白血病患儿护理质量评价标准的构建,为临床指导白血病患儿护理活动提供参考依据。方法以基于"结构-过程-结果"的Donabedian三维质量结构模型为理论框架,通过文献检索与质量评价、半结构式访问、专家函询法及层次分析法构建白血病患儿护理质量评价指标体系,由符合入选标准的专家对各项指标的重要性赋值,计算各项指标权重,最终构建出一套全面科学的白血病患儿护理质量评价标准。结果两轮专家问卷回收率分别为88.57%和100%;专家权威指数Cr均为0.86;最终形成的白血病患儿护理质量评价标准包含3个一级指标,7个二级指标及21个三级指标,其中结构指标1个,过程指标6个,结果指标14个。结论经过两轮的专家咨询得到了权威、可靠的白血病患儿护理质量评价标准,指标评价结果波动性较小,意见集中,更重视护理结果质量。Objective To set up a research group to discuss the construction of the evaluation standards for the nursing quality of children patients with leukemia based on structure-process-results,and provide a reference for clinical guidance of nursing activities for children patients with leukemia.Methods Taking the Donabedian threedimensional quality structure model based on"structure-process-result"as the theoretical framework,through literature retrieval and quality evaluation,semi-structured interviews,expert inquiry and analytic hierarchy process,we built an evaluation index system for the nursing quality of children patients with leukemia.Experts who met the selection criteria assigned the importance of each index,calculated the weight of each index,and finally constructed a comprehensive and scientific evaluation standard for the nursing quality of children patients with leukemia.Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert questionnaires were 88.57%and 100%respectively;the expert authority index Cr was 0.86;the final evaluation standard for the nursing quality of children patients with leukemia included 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators.Among the indicators,there were 1 structural indicator,6 process indicators,and 14 result indicators.Conclusion After two rounds of expert consultation,an authoritative and reliable evaluation standard for the nursing quality of children patients with leukemia had been obtained.The index evaluation results were less volatile,and opinions were concentrated,and more attention was paid to the quality of nursing results.
