摘 要:本文研究了两种不同型号的废旧轮胎裂解炭黑FN660和FN331在斜交胎内胎中的应用,探究了FN660和FN331裂解炭黑以及N660工业炭黑以不同比例应用在内胎中,对内胎各项性能的影响。试验结果表明:裂解炭黑等量替代N660后,胶料的硬度、定伸强度、撕裂强度等均有小幅降低,气密性明显提升;FN331相比FN660,胶料的综合性能及成品内胎性能更接近原生产配方,满足国标标准。This paper studies the application of two different types of waste tire pyrolysis carbon blacks FN660 and FN331 in bias tire inner tubes.The effects of different ratios of FN660 and FN331 pyrolysis carbon black and N660 industrial carbon black on the performance of the inner tube were explored.The test results show that after pyrolysis carbon black replaces N660 in the same amount,the hardness,tensile strength,and tear strength of the rubber compound were slightly reduced,and the air tightness was significantly improved.Compared with FN660,FN331's comprehensive performance of the rubber compound and the performance of the finished inner tube are closer to the original production formula and meet the national standard.
