顺丁橡胶挤压脱水机的设计与改进

摘　　要：笼条式挤压脱水机在结构设计上有一定的缺陷,主要体现在工作过程中进料堵料、返料,筒内压力较低;笼条结构堵胶,清理工作量大,运行周期短;胶料整体挤压时耗时长,效率低;现场环境差,水蒸汽和废水回收不易等。本文针对上述问题进行研究,对进料斗、螺杆、锥筒体、直筒体、模板和切刀、下料斗进行了重新设计。改进后的无笼条式挤压脱水机延长了运行周期,提高了生产效率,保证了后续膨胀干燥机的平稳运行和产品质量。The cage bar extrusion dehydrator has certain defects in the structural design,which are mainly reflected in the material blocking and return during the working process,and the pressure in the cylinder is low.The cage structure is easy to block compounds,the cleaning workload is large,and the operation cycle is short.The overall extrusion time of the rubber compounds is long,the efficiency is low,the on-site environment is poor,and the recovery of water vapor and waste water is not easy.In this paper,the abovementioned problems have been studied,and the feed hopper,screw,cone,straight cylinder,template,cutter,and lower hopper have been redesigned.The improved cage-free extruder dehydrator extends the operating cycle,improves production efficiency,and ensures the stable operation and product quality of the subsequent expansion dryer.
