利伐沙班与华法林对房颤患者的抗凝有效性及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的:分析房颤患者应用利伐沙班与华法林的抗凝有效性及安全性。方法:于本院2017年7月-2020年6月收治的非瓣膜病房颤患者中筛选60例作为研究对象,根据治疗药物不同将其分为两组,各30例。观察组予以利伐沙班抗凝治疗,对照组予华法林抗凝治疗,比较非瓣膜病房颤应用利伐沙班与华法林抗凝治疗的临床效果及安全性。结果:观察组出血事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组栓塞事件发生率低于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组凝血功能指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非瓣膜病房颤患者应用利伐沙班进行抗凝治疗效果理想,和应用法华林相比可降低出血事件发生率,药物安全性理想且使用方便,临床价值显著,值得进一步推广应用于临床治疗中。Objective:To compare the anticoagulation efficacy and safety of Rivaroxaban and Warfarin in patients with atrial fibrillation.Method:A total of 60 patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation from July 2017 to June 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment drugs,they were divided into two groups(30 cases in each group).The observation group was treated with Rivaroxaban anticoagulant therapy,and the control group was treated with Warfarin anticoagulant therapy.The clinical effect and safety of Rivaroxaban and Warfarin anticoagulant therapy were compared.Result:The incidence of bleeding events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of embolism events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05);the coagulation function indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anticoagulant effect of Rivaroxaban in patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation is ideal,and it can reduce the incidence of bleeding events compared with the application of Warfarin.The drug is safe and easy to use,and has significant clinical value,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical treatment.
