摘 要:目的:分析微课联合个体教育在糖尿病患者自我安全注射胰岛素中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的需行胰岛素注射的60例糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者实施微课联合个体教育,比较入院时、出院时患者安全注射知识评分和出院后1个月的注射情况、针头处理情况和注射部位皮肤情况。结果:出院时,患者安全注射知识评分高于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院后1个月,60例患者中注射方式正确占88.33%,注射剂量正确占90.00%,注射时间正确占90.00%,贮存方式正确占91.67%,正确处理废弃针头占91.67%, 注射部位皮下硬结及感染发生率为3.33%。结论:微课联合个体教育能提升糖尿病患者对自我安全注射胰岛素有关知识的认知,使其安全有效应用胰岛素,值得采用。Objective:To analyze the applied effects of micro-class combined with individualized education on the self-safe injection of insulin for diabetes mellitus patients.Method:A total of 60 diabetes mellitus patients who need insulin injection in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients received micro-class combined with individualized education.The scores of safe injection knowledge at admission and discharge were compared,and the injection condition,disposal of needle and injection site skin conditions 1 month after discharge were compared.Result:At discharge,the score of safe injection knowledge was higher than that at admission,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after discharge,the correct injection method accounted for 88.33%,the correct injection dose accounted for 90.00%,the correct injection time accounted for 90.00%,the correct storage method accounted for 91.67%,and the correct disposal of discarded needle accounted for 91.67%of the 60 patients.The incidence of subcutaneous induration and infection was 3.33%.Conclusion:Micro-class combined with individualized education can improve the cognition of diabetes mellitus patients on the knowledge of self-safe injection of insulin,and make them use insulin safely and effectively,which is worthy of adoption.
