补肾化痰活血方结合针灸对多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵作用和性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾化痰活血方结合针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法:选择2020年1-9月笔者所在医院收治的81例多囊卵巢综合征患者,将其随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(41例)。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采取补肾化痰活血方结合针灸治疗。比较两组不良反应发生率、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分及血清性激素水平。结果:治疗组不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血清性激素水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取补肾化痰活血方结合针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果显著,且不良反应发生率较低,有应用价值。Objective:To study the effect of Bushen Huatan Huoxue Recipe combined with acupuncture on polycystic ovary syndrome.Method:A total of 81 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from January to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(40 cases)and the control group(41 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Huatan Huoxue Recipe combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score and serum sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.50%,which was lower than 17.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum sex hormone levels in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Bushen Huatan Huoxue Recipe combined with acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is significant,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which has application value.
