摘　　要：目的:探讨来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者促排卵的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年10月本院收治的150例多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者进行研究,随机数字法分成对照组(n=75)和研究组(n=75),对照组进行人绝经期促性腺激素的药物治疗,研究组进行来曲唑的药物治疗。观察分析两组临床指标、内分泌功能、血清指标、超声检测指标情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组成功受孕率及排卵率高(P<0.05),早期流产率低(P<0.05), 与对照组相比,研究组LH、T、FSH及E_2水平低(P<0.05), 与对照组相比,研究组MMP-9、VEGF及HGF水平低(P<0.05), 与对照组相比,研究组VI及VFI高(P<0.05),FI低(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者可以取得理想效果,在提高患者排卵率的同时,还可提升成功受孕率,优化内分泌指标,改善其子宫状态,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Letrozole on ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with infertility.Method:A total of 150 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with infertility who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected for this study.They were divided into the control group(n=75)and the study group(n=75)by random number method.The control group received drug therapy of Human Menopausal Gonadotropin,and the study group received drug therapy of Letrozole.Clinical indexes,endocrine function,serum indexes and ultrasonic detection indexes of two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the successful pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of the study group were higher(P<0.05),and the abortion rate of early pregnancy was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of LH,T,FSH and E2 in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of MMP-9,VEGF and HGF in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VI and VFI of the study group were higher(P<0.05),and FI was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Letrozole in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with infertility can achieve ideal results,not only improve the ovulation rate of patients,but also improve the successful pregnancy rate,optimize endocrine indicators,improve their uterine state,worthy of promotion.
