金乌骨通胶囊联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨金乌骨通胶囊联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取本院2018年2月-2019年2月膝骨性关节炎患者102例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各51例。对照组口服塞来昔布,治疗组在对照组基础上结合金乌骨通胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组疗效、炎症因子水平、膝关节功能评分、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率(90.20%)高于对照组(70.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后,两组IL-6和TNF-α水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组IL-6和TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组膝关节功能评分较治疗前增加(P<0.05),治疗组膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组关节肿胀指数和关节压痛指数评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组关节肿胀指数和关节压痛指数评分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:金乌骨通胶囊联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎患者效果显著,可降低炎症因子IL-6和TNF-α水平及改善患者膝关节功能,且无明显不良反应,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the Jinwu Gutong Capsule combined with Celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.Method:A total of 102 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celecoxib,the treatment group was treated with Jinwu Gutong Capsule on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in two groups.The curative effect,levels of inflammatory factors,knee function score,joint swelling index,joint tenderness index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective of the treatment group(90.20%)was higher than 70.59%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);knee joint function score increased in two groups after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of knee joint function in both groups increased than those before treatment(P<0.05),the knee function score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the joint swelling index and joint tenderness index scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the scores of joint swelling index and joint tenderness index in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);no obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion:Jinwu Gutong Capsule combined with Celecoxib is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients,can reduce inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-αlevels and improve knee joint function of patients,and no obvious adverse reaction,safe and reliable.
