集束化干预策略对留置胃管患者生理舒适度及鼻咽黏膜损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化干预策略对留置胃管患者生理舒适度及鼻咽黏膜损伤的影响。方法:选择本院2018年2月-2020年11月收治留置胃管患者86例。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=43)与试验组(n=43)。对照组进行常规护理,试验组进行集束化干预策略护理。采用舒适状况量表(CGQ)评价患者舒适度,并以WHO分级标准评价鼻咽黏膜损伤情况。结果:试验组总舒适度为76.74%(33/43),高于对照组的55.81%(24/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.214,P<0.05)。试验组鼻咽黏膜损伤发生率为4.65%(2/43),低于对照组的27.91%(12/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.532,P<0.05)。结论:对留置胃管患者采用集束化护理干预能有效提高患者的生理舒适度,且可降低鼻咽黏膜损伤的风险,对改善患者预后有显著意义,值得推广。Objective:To explore the influence of cluster intervention strategy on physiological comfort and nasopharyngeal mucosa injury of patients with indwelling gastric tube.Method:A total of 86 patients with indwelling gastric tube admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to November 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group(n=43)and the experimental group(n=43)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received bundled intervention strategy nursing.The comfort was evaluated by comfortable status scale(CGQ),and nasopharyngeal mucosa injury was evaluated by WHO classification standard.Result:The total comfort degree of the experimental group was 76.74%(33/43),which was higher than 55.81%(24/43)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.214,P<0.05).The incidence of nasopharyngeal mucosa injury in the experimental group was 4.65%(2/43),which was lower than 27.91%(12/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.532,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of cluster nursing intervention for patients with indwelling gastric tube can effectively improve the physiological comfort of patients,and can reduce the risk of nasopharyngeal mucosa injury,has significant significance to improve the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
