常山醇提取物的小鼠体内抗弓形虫作用

摘  要:[目的]探讨常山醇提取物的体内抗弓形虫作用.[方法]取健康雌性昆明种小鼠,随机分为正常组、弓形虫组、螺旋霉素组和常山醇提取物组(100 mg/kg给药).建立急性弓形虫感染模型,除正常组外均感染RH株弓形虫,给予药物治疗4 d后对小鼠腹腔内弓形虫进行计数,并测定ALT、AST、GSH和MDA含量.[结果]与弓形虫组比较,常山醇提取物组小鼠腹腔内弓形虫数量明显减少(P<0.05),血清中ALT、AST含量明显降低(P<0.05),肝匀浆中GSH、MDA含量无明显差异(P>0.05).[结论]常山醇提取物对急性弓形虫感染有治疗作用.OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-Toxoplasma gondii effects of ethanol extract of Dichroa febrifuga in vivo. METHODS Healthy female Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group, Toxoplasma gondii group, spiramycin group and ethanol extract of Dichroa febrifuga group(100 mg/kg). The acute Toxoplasma gondii infection model was established. Except the normal group, all mice were infected with Toxoplasma gondii RH strain. After 4 days of drug treatment, the number of mouse abdominal cavity Toxoplasma gondii was counted, and the levels of ALT, AST, GSH and MDA were determined. RESULTS Compared with Toxoplasma gondii group, the number of Toxoplasma gondii in abdominal cavity of mice in ethanol extract of Dichroa febrifuga was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the serum ALT and AST contents were significantly decreased(P<0.05). While there was no significant difference in the contents of GSH and MDA in liver homogenate(P>0.05). CONCLUSION The ethanol extract of Dichroa febrifuga has therapeutic effect on acute infection of Toxoplasma gondii.
