摘　　要：目的:介绍苏州大学附属第一医院基于移动互联的药物治疗智能管理平台,为打造患者全生命周期的智慧化健康管理平台提供参考。方法:通过对药物治疗智能管理平台规划、设计、具体建设过程和服务内容的介绍,总结分析2年多来的运行实践。结果:该平台从2018年5月试运行到2020年底,就诊人次2229人,整理用药清单786份,随访患者202人,完成评估表单590份,提供药师建议1529人次,患者线上咨询1651次。随机调查286名患者,就诊体验综合满意度100%。结论:药物治疗管理成为当前医院药学服务转型的重要工作内容之一,智能化多终端的管理平台成为药师实施药物治疗管理和实现患者全生命周期健康管理不可或缺的重要手段之一。OBJECTIVE To introduce an intelligent management platform for drug treatment based upon mobile internet and provide a reference for building an intelligent health management platform for an entire life cycle of patients.METHODS Through the planning,design and specific construction process and service content of drug treatment intelligent management platform,the operating practice of more than 2 years was summarized.RESULTS Since the launching of the platform,there were 2229 physician visits,786 medication lists,202 follow-up patients,590 evaluation forms completed,1529 pharmacist suggestions and 1651 online consultations with patients.And 286 patients were randomly surveyed and the overall satisfaction of medical experience was 100%.CONCLUSION Drug therapy management has become one of the important tasks in the current transformation of pharmacy services.And intelligent multi-terminal management platform has become one of the indispensable tools of implementing drug therapy management and achieving patient life-cycle health management.
