摘  要:预防性维修是可修装备的主要维修方式之一,预防性维修间隔的决策涉及到装备的可靠性、维修性和保障成本等多重因素,是装备设计、生产、使用和保障部门共同关心和亟待解决的重要问题.可用度是衡量装备完好性的顶层指标,可反映出装备可靠性、维修性和保障性等多种通用质量特性.全面梳理了基于可用度的可修装备预防性维修间隔优化的现状,重点总结了可用度建模的基本要素、建模方法以及基于可用度的预防性维修间隔优化等方面的研究成果,分析了该领域未来的发展趋势和研究挑战.对复杂可修装备在全寿命周期内的预防性维修间隔决策有一定的指导意义.Preventive maintenance is one of the main maintenance methods for repairable equipment.The decision of preventive maintenance interval involves multiple factors such as equipment reliability,maintainability and support cost.Preventive maintenance interval decision-making has always been an important issue that the equipment design,production,user and support departments are concerned about and urgently need to solve.Availability is a top-level indicator of equipment,reflecting a variety of general quality characteristics such as equipment reliability,maintainability and supportability.This paper comprehensively analyzes the current status of preventive maintenance interval optimization for complex repairable equipment based on availability,focusing on the research results on the basic elements of availability modelling,modelling methods,and optimization of preventive maintenance intervals based on availability.It also analyzes the future development trends and research challenges in this field,which has certain guiding significance for the preventive maintenance interval decision of complex repairable equipment in the whole life cycle.
