摘 要:针对矿用压差式风速传感器受安装位置、环境温湿度、粉尘等因素影响导致测量数据不准确;抗电磁干扰能力不足导致的测量数值不稳定的问题。通过对风速传感模型进行分析论证,改进取压装置(S型皮托管)结构,优化设计电路原理,增强线路板的EMC(Electro Magnetic Compatibility)能力,结合一阶惯性软滤波算法,降低风速传感器的噪声干扰,抑制传感器数据的波动范围和频率,提高传感器的示值稳定性。Aiming at the problems of inaccurate measurement data caused by installation position,environmental temperature and humidity,dust and other factors of mine differential pressure wind speed sensor,and unstable measurement value caused by insufficient anti-electromagnetic interference ability,through the analysis and demonstration of the wind speed sensor model,the structure of the pressure taking device(S-type pitot tube)is improved,the circuit principle is optimized,the EMC(Electro Magnetic Compatibility)capability of the circuit board is enhanced,and the first-order inertial soft filtering algorithm is combined to reduce the noise interference of the wind speed sensor,suppress the fluctuation range and frequency of the sensor data,and improve the indication stability of the sensor.
