摘　　要：目的分析接触性皮炎的病因及发病特点,为临床诊疗工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年6月于漯河市第三人民医院就诊的159例接触性皮炎患者的临床资料,分析接触性皮炎的病因、发病人群、发病特点、诊疗及预后情况。结果159例患者中男女比例为1∶3.42,20~59岁人群多发,春、夏季常见,以面部发病为主,病因多为接触金属、化妆品及面部不当护理,发病时症状以瘙痒最多见,皮损以急性期皮损多见,多为急性发病,经治疗预后大多良好。结论接触性皮炎好发于中青年,女性多于男性,多因化妆品、面部护理不当及接触金属、染发剂致病。Objective To analyze the etiology and characteristics of contact dermatitis in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 159 patients with contact dermatitis who were treated in Luohe Third People’s Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were retrospective analysis.The etiology,population distribution of disease,disease characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of contact dermatitis were analyzed.Results Among the 159 patients,the ratio of male to female was 1∶3.42,and most of them were 20 to 59 years old.Contact dermatitis often onsets in spring and summer,and the disease developed on faces in mose patients.The etiology was mostly contact with metal and cosmetics,and improper facial care.Pruritus was the most common symptom at the time of onset,and skin lesions were most common at the acute stage.Most of patients were acute onset,and the prognosis was good after treatment.Conclusions Contact dermatitis is more common in middle-aged and young adults,with more women than men;it is mainly caused by improper cosmetics,facial care,contact with metal and hair dye.
