摘  要:自主创新示范区在多大程度上通过整合原有创新要素实现了创新驱动发展目的,需要做适当评估.本文以全要素生产率来衡量地区创新水平,应用多期倾向匹配—双重差分法分析评估自主创新示范区的创新驱动效率.结果显示,示范区建设在一定程度上助推了当地经济的创新发展,提高了地区创新驱动效率,但示范区的创新溢出效应不显著,一些因素抑制了创新效应的空间扩散,包括政府引导性投入不足、创新人才缺乏、投资水平较低、产业发展方式转型困难、区域发展差距较大等.有必要通过加快创新平台建立及完善、加大高精人才培育力度、建设示范区协同发展网络等来进一步发挥示范区的创新驱动作用.What extent to the National Innovation Demonstration Zone that achieved the goal of innovation-driven development by integrating the original innovation elements needs to be properly evaluated.In this paper,the innovation level of regional innovation is measured by total factor productivity,and the innovation driven efficiency of National Innovation Demonstration Zone is analyzed by multi-period Propensity Score Matching and Differences-in-Differences.The result shows that the construction of the demonstration zone have been promotes the innovation development of local economy and improves the innovation-driven efficiency,but the innovation spillover effect is not significant.Some factors inhibit the spatial diffusion of innovation effect,including the insufficient government guidance investment,lack of innovative talents,low level of investment,difficulties in transformation of industrial development mode,and large regional development gap.So we should speed up the establishment of innovation platform,strengthen the cultivation of high-quality talents,and build the collaborative development network to further play the innovation driving role of the demonstration zone.
