摘  要:目的应用超声心动图评价健康足月新生儿肺动脉压力的变化规律。方法回顾性研究309例<14 d的健康足月新生儿,通过三尖瓣反流及未闭的动脉导管两种方法计算肺动脉收缩压(PASP),获得PASP的变化规律。结果日龄是PASP的独立影响因素;健康足月新生儿PASP在生后7 d之内迅速下降,尤其是生后3 d之内最为显著,之后缓慢下降。结论肺动脉压的变化规律可用于判断新生儿是否存在肺动脉高压。Objective To evaluate the changes of pulmonary artery pressure in healthy full-term neonates by echocardiography. Methods A retrospective study of 309 healthy full-term neonates less than 14 days was used to calculate pulmonary arterial systolic pressure(PASP) by tricuspid regurgitation and patent ductus arteriosus. Finally the change law of PASP was obtained. Results Day age was an independent influencing factor of PASP;PASP declines rapidly within 7 days after birth in healthy full-term newborns, especially within 3 days after birth, and then declines slowly thereafter. Conclusions The changes of pulmonary artery pressure can be used to determine whether neonatal pulmonary hypertension exists.
