摘  要:目的探讨超声在兔VX2肝癌模型肝动脉造影中的价值。方法采用超声引导经皮穿刺建立兔VX2肝癌模型(60只),将所有兔子随机分为两组,A组单纯X线透视下行肝动脉造影,B组采用超声辅助X线透视下行肝动脉造影。比较两组术中并发症、手术时间及技术成功率。结果 VX2肝癌成瘤率为100%。肝动脉插管中有12只兔(A组8只,B组4只)发生血管痉挛。A组手术时间为(99.2±9.8)min(80~120 min),B组手术时间为(58.4±9.5)min(40~80 min)(P<0.000)。A组技术成功率为60.0%(18/30),B组技术成功率为86.7%(26/30)(P=0.021)。结论超声辅助X线透视可显著提高VX2肝癌介入插管肝动脉造影的技术成功率。Objective To study the value of ultrasound in hepatic angiography of VX2 liver tumor model. Methods VX2 liver tumor model was established by percutaneous ultrasound-guided puncture(n=60). All rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, group A underwent hepatic angiography with X-ray fluoroscopy alone, and group B with ultrasound-assisted X-ray fluoroscopy. The intraoperative complications, operation time and technical success rate were compared between two groups. Results The tumor formation rate of VX2 liver tumor model was 100%. Twelve rabbits(8 in group A and 4 in group B) occured vasospasm during hepatic artery cannulation. The operative time was(99.2±9.8) min(80-120 min) in group A, and(58.4±9.5)min(40~80 min) in group B(P<0.000). The technical success rate was 60.0%(18/30) in Group A and 86.7%(26/30) in group B(P=0.021). Conclusions Ultrasound-assisted X-ray fluoroscopy can significantly improve the technical success rate of VX2 liver tumor during interventional intubation hepatic angiography.
