摘 要:目的研究胸腔镜手术(VATS)中超声造影的应用价值。方法 VATS术中应用超声及超声造影引导肺结节切除。结果 80.0%(12/15)结节在常规超声显示,未明确定位3例,超声造影后100%(15/15)结节显示,同时边界清晰比例从23.1%提高至86.7%(P<0.05),表现为不均匀增强(9/15,60.0%)及均匀增强(6/15,40.0%);4例结节造影后较常规超声图像增大。结论 VATS术中超声造影的应用是常规超声的有利补充,对于肺结节显示率的提高及明确结节边界大小具有重要应用价值,有助于术中准确定位。Objective To study the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in thoracoscopic surgery(VATS). Methods Intraoperative ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were used to guide the resection of pulmonary nodules in VATS. Results After contrast-enhanced ultrasound, the nodule display rate was increased from 80.0% to 100%, and the proportion of clear boundary was increased from 23.1% to 86.7%. The contrast of nodules in 4 cases was larger than that in gray scale images. Conclusions The application of intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS) in VATS is a beneficial supplement to conventional ultrasound, which is of great significance for the improvement of pulmonary nodule display rate and the determination of nodule boundary size, and is conducive to accurate intraoperative positioning.
