23037例儿童和成人血铅水平及中毒率分析

摘　　要：目的了解丽水地区儿童和成人血铅水平及中毒率,为制定铅中毒预防策略和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用BH2100钨舟原子吸收法检测2017年—2019年在丽水市人民医院23037例儿童与成人血铅含量,根据不同性别、不同年龄和不同年份对数据进行统计学分析。结果23037例儿童与成年人的血铅平均水平为35.40μg/L,其中含铅量≥100μg/L的有264例,总铅中毒率为1.14%(264/23037),男性铅中毒率高于女性(P<0.05)。在未成年人中,随着年龄的增加,铅中毒率降低,少年组中毒率最低,为0.65%;成年人中毒率最高,为3.86%,不同年龄组全血铅中毒率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2017年—2019年,总体铅中毒率呈下降趋势,不同年份全血铅中毒率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丽水地区成人铅中毒率比较高,应引起重视。Objective The blood lead levels and lead poisoning rate of children and adults in Lishui area are investigated to provide scientific basis for developing preventive strategies and intervention measures of lead poisoning.Methods BH2100 Wuboat atomic absorption spectrometer was used to measure the blood lead contents of 23037 children and adults selected in Lishui People's Hospital from 2017 to 2019,and the data were analyzed according to different genders,ages and years.Results The average blood lead level of 23037 children and adults was 35.40μg/L,while 264 cases had lead content≥100μg/L,and the total lead poisoning rate was 1.14%(264/23037).The male lead poisoning rate was higher than that of the female(P<0.05).The lead poisoning rate decreases with the increase of age among minors,and the lowest poisoning rate in the juvenile group is 0.65%.The highest poisoning rate among adults is 3.86%,and the difference in lead poisoning rate among different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall lead poisoning rate showed a downward trend from 2017 to 2019,and the difference in the whole blood lead poisoning rate in different years is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Attention should be paid to the adult lead poisoning rate in Lishui since it is relatively high.
