摘  要:研究不同结头形式的拓扑数与其稳定性的关系。利用ANSYS对编织结、盘头结、反手结1、反手结2的受力情况进行模拟仿真,通过科学的量化表征为纺织生产工序提供结头形式的指导。采用C 14.8 tex集聚纱进行打结试验,通过岛津AGS⁃X型材料试验机测定4种结头的断裂强力和断裂伸长等,并确保结头都在最大应力点标记处断开,以保证试验数据的准确性;计算结头的强力有效率和伸长有效率作为结头稳定性评价指标。经对比分析,盘头结的断裂强力较高。认为:在纺织生产中可以多采用盘头结的结头形式以尽可能保证结头的牢固程度,减小后续工序纱线断裂的可能性。Relationship between the topology number and its stability of different knot forms was researched.ANSYS was used to simulate the force of braided knot,pan-head knot,backhand knot 1 and backhand knot 2,to provide guidance for the knot form of textile production process through scientific quantitative characterization.C 14.8 tex condensed yarn was used to test.Breaking strength and breaking elongation of four knots were measured by AGS-X material tester.Knots were broken at the mark of the maximum stress point to ensure the accuracy of test data.Strength efficiency and elongation efficiency were calculated to evaluate the stability of the knot.Through comparative analysis,breaking strength of the pan-head knot is higher.It is considered that using pan-head knot can ensure knot firmness in textile production and reduce yarn breaking.
